Mobile Phone Photography Walk at the Arboretum

[portfolio_slideshow]

Recently members of our growing mobile phone community met at the Washington Park Arboretum to take pictures on a Saturday afternoon with their iPhones and Androids. The theme of the day was “nature and people in nature.”  There were shooters from the @Igers_Seattle group as well as Photo Center NW. Thanks to all who came out and had a good time taking pictures and posting them on Instagram. New friends were made. New strangers were stalked.

All of the images can be seen on Instagram under the hashtags #pcnw_photowalk and #igers_seattle_arboretum. If you have an iPhone or Android and aren’t on Instagram yet – what are you waiting for? It’s a creative way to share your images in a thriving community. There are over 50 million users! We would be happy to show you how to download the free app and use it. Photo Center chose three images to feature from the day as well as a group shot.
